Description

         MALON fire emergency light uses the newest technology of lighting, lesser consumption, longer use live, higher percentage of light transformation and a lot more benefits. It can be use in hotels, restaurant, complex, high-rise building, public place and much more. When there are electricity break down, fire, earth quake, it can lead the crowd towards safe point for evacuation.

         Our product is a non-continuous fire fighting emergency lighting tools, every function do comply with the GB17945-2000 standard, products passes testing of the national fire fighting electronic products supervise division, and got certified from the national safety of fire fighting products. MELON fire emergency light was used in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games National Stadium.  The stability and safeness of this product got trust from users.

In order for long term usage, points that need to pay attention to

Before using, please read the instruction carefully.

Fire emergency lighting should be independently inserted to a power supply, without any other lighting tools or electronic item.

Place to install

Do not install in wet places or places where water can have contact with the emergency light.

Do not leave it under hot sun, stove and places with high temperature.

Ideal environment will be between -10°C to +40°C. Air humidity <95%.

Only replace with the same standard of fuse. Because the fuse of the light is link to 220V of power supply, remember to cut off the power supply before inserting the fuse.

Battery maintenance

Recharge battery for 18 hours before use. If the 1st emergency time is shorter, this is because the battery wasn’t charged for a long period of time. After three times of non-stop recharging, the battery will be in its’ normal condition. If the light wasn’t been used for a long period of time, the battery life will become shorter. Advice to charge the battery every 3 months, and empty battery for once. Change the battery if the time period of emptying the battery is 50% shorter than the estimated usage time. Please take note of the battery model and capacity.

Indication light manual

Green light: The green light indicates that there is power supply.

Red light: The red light indicates whether the battery is recharging.

Yellow light: The yellow light indicates that there is a problem with the circuit, or the battery.

When the control of the inner circuit is unstable, the yellow light will irradiate.

Test button: To mock the situation of electricity break down, press the test button.

Because of the national product standard, when the light is under emergency situation, there will not be a switch to turn it off.

Function

Our product has an autotransformer function, when power supply is in a range between 132~187V, the light will be turned into emergency mode. When the power supply return to normal, the emergency light will be shut off.

When it is in the temperature of -10°C~40°C, the recharge time will not be longer than 24 hours.
